Taylor Morrison, a national homebuilder, wanted us to introduce their inspired living experiences at their active lifestyle/55+ communities. These are developed for people seeking a true adventure or for those who wish for a more easy going lifestyle. They take pride in building homes in vibrant communities.

Looking to promote their brand in a new light, they came to us to create three corporate videos each designed for a specific target homebuyer.

Taylor Morrison has developed a thriving active adult segmentation of their business. "The Cover Up" was our approach to conquering the misconceptions about living in an active adult community. We created a humorous story to dispel the myths about living a mundane lifestyle. Our goal was to portray these Taylor Morrison communities as they are: resort-style, amenity rich, and filled with life.
