Our relationship with Zephyr Partners encompasses numerous creative endeavours. We were selected to work with them on The Park, a mid-rise luxury condominium community that represents the merging of modern architecture, sophisticated interior design, and peerless views.

We were commissioned to create a compelling brand and a marketing plan to pre-sell mid-rise luxury condominiums before, during, and if needed after construction. Driving traffic to the Discovery Center and creating a visual representation for potential clients would be instrumental in the project's success. Developing marketing materials which convey a message around The Park's higher level of luxury than comparable projects, as they are asking the highest price per square foot, would differentiate them from competition.

We developed marketing materials that showcased the cultural lifestyle of those living here and captured the private amenities and opulent features offered at The Park. During this time there was a competing campaign to draw people back to downtown San Diego, so our team researched the historical impact of Bankers Hill. As an upscale retreat for those looking to escape downtown, Bankers Hill historically was for those looking to live uptown and for those who want prestige, culture, and luxury. Today this remains true for residents of Bankers Hill and our team eloquently distinguished The Park in a manner that exemplified its storied location.


As the name The Park implies, its prime location is the new elite residential neighbor of Balboa Park. The location was a key influencer in our strategy and we wanted to take a similar approach to those who live around Central Park. Residents of The Park live next door to the cultural icon of Balboa Park and this became an essential message.
