Drawing inspiration from European cafe culture, Blufish crafted a visual identity for this unique location that feels effortless and charming.

Now a residential beachside community, South Cove is made up of townhomes as well as live/work units all located in Dana Point, California. Contracted to upgrade South Cove’s overall branding, Blufish’s designs perfectly showcases the beachy energy that can be felt throughout South Cove.

The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver contacted Blufish to brand their upcoming CARE Awards, which honors the very best architects, custom builders, interior and landscape designers, remodelers and industry partners. Blufish developed a mid-century modern style branding for the awards ceremony and as a result, the ceremony’s attendance doubled in comparison to previous years.

Located in Texas, Bonterra by Taylor Morrison is one of the nation’s largest 55+ communities in the nation. In search of a modern touch, the community contacted Blufish for branding, digital, print assistance. The reimagined brand positioned Bonterra as a friendly and engaging place to live, which resulted in a rejuvenated interest in the community. Sales immediately increased and is now one of the most successful communities in the Taylor Morrison portfolio.

The Park at Bankers Hill, which is located in the Bankers Hill neighborhood of San Diego, contacted Blufish to develop both branding and marketing for its stunning mid-rise building, which overlooks the San Diego Harbor and Balboa Park. Featuring residential units ranging in price from 1.5 million dollars to 4 million dollars, Blufish modernized the condominium’s website, blending the sophistication of New York’s Central Park with the beachside flare that can only be found in sunny San Diego.

One of the earliest privately held companies in the nation, Neal Communities entrusted Blufish with updating their overall branding to include an acknowledgement of their 50th anniversary. Honored by the task at hand, Blufish’s branding for Neal featured celebratory colors and an ode to Neal Communities legacy. With much branding success, elements of Blufish’s 50th anniversary designs for Neal Communities were integrated into the overall Neal brand.

Grand Park is an age targeted community, offering numerous amenities for multi-generational households. Blufish took on branding the south Florida community, highlighting its family friendly appeal and strong sense of community.

This boutique, local builder needed a website to help quickly and easily distinguish its diverse product lineup in the minds of home buyers. It also needed to reflect the refined sophistication of their homes and brand. Upon first entering this website, potential buyers are greeted with beautiful, full-screen, frameless photography — reminiscent of boutique fashion brands. Refined yet conversational copy also lends itself to a feeling of laid-back luxury. An abundance of white, open space accentuated by pops of color help carry through the website’s understated refinement, giving information room to breathe. Buyers are quickly greeted by three sub brands, each reflecting a distinct product line and catering to a different demographic. This makes it easy to choose the sub brand that best suits the buyer’s needs. Each sub brand page features distinct branding and photography choices that represent that specific demographic. Unique taglines also help to further reinforce and differentiate these brands in the minds of buyers. This site needed to be very highly converting. Every page offers multiple touchpoints that encourage site visitors to email or call a Sales Associate for more information.

Blufish sought out to create a national campaign for Taylor Morrison in an effort to increase lead generation for the home builder. As a result, the Start from Scratch Campaign was created. The free scratcher cards featured giveaways and new home incentives.
