Last month Blufish made a big splash at The Nationals award show in Las Vegas, taking home two golds and two silver awards. Sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), these awards recognize the industry’s finest for their innovation and excellence in new home sales and marketing. It’s always an honor (and a lot of fun) to celebrate the best in the business and this year was no exception. Here’s what we took home:

Gold Award: Print Advertising For 55+ Buyer

First up, our print campaign for Watermark at The Landings was recognized with a coveted Nationals Gold award. This campaign was designed to resonate with those looking forward to vibrant, resort-style living in the Pittsburgh area, and this award is a testament to our ability to connect with the 55+ market.

Gold Award: Digital Advertising For 55+ Buyer

Mirroring our success in print, our digital advertising campaign for Watermark at The Landings also received a Nationals Gold award. A perfect complement to the accompanying print campaign, these digital ads were designed to provide potential buyers with a cohesive, compelling message in the digital space.

Silver Award: Integrated Marketing Strategy/Campaign for 55+ Buyer

Our comprehensive marketing strategy for Watermark at The Landings was also awarded a Silver award. Through a careful combination of landing pages, direct mail, social posts, web banners, billboards, print, and more, we were able to expertly convey the allure of this unique community and the sought-after lifestyle it provides.

Silver Award: Best Website for an Associate or Supplier

Finally, our very own website was also honored with a Silver award. We’re always fine-tuning our online presence, but we recently completed an overhaul of our site and it’s great to be recognized for the effort. We couldn’t be happier with the way it showcases us, our work, and our capabilities. 

Celebrating Our Clients’ Success: Foxlane Homes

We’re also proud to celebrate the additional success of our client, Foxlane Homes. On top of the night’s many other victories for Watermark at the Landings, they also won a Gold award for Interior Merchandising of their Kiawah model at The Landings and a Silver for their Amelia model. It’s always a pleasure partnering with talented builders like these. Here’s to even more success in the future!
